To study and examination of reflexes, the sensation of pain, and sensitivity. This hammer has 2 replaceable rubber inserts at the end of the head. The big rubber end is to trigger the reflexes of the tendons of the extensor muscles, the smaller rubber end triggers reflections on the long flexor muscles. The hammer is supplied with a brush and needle, which are located at the respective ends in the holder.
