Order Processing & Delivery Timescale
Orders received by Innotech Instruments are processed promptly after confirmation.
For products that are available in stock, orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 4 working days after order confirmation and receipt of all required information.
For products that require manufacturing, customization, OEM production, or private-label services, additional production time may be required. Depending on the type and quantity of products ordered, the production period may generally range from 1 to 4 weeks.
Estimated delivery times may also vary depending on the destination country, courier or freight service, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our direct control.
Our team will provide the estimated production and shipping timeline for your order during the quotation or order confirmation process.
Shipping & Dispatch
Once your order has completed production and passed the required quality checks, it will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment.
Depending on the order and destination, we may use appropriate international courier, express delivery, or freight services.
Customers will be provided with available shipment and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges, where applicable, are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Although we work with reliable shipping and courier partners, delays or losses during transit can occasionally occur.
If your shipment does not arrive within the expected delivery period, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided and contacting the relevant courier or shipping company for an update.
If the courier confirms that the shipment cannot be located, please contact Innotech Instruments Customer Support as soon as possible. Our team will work with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
For international shipments, investigation and insurance claims may be subject to the terms, conditions, and time limits established by the relevant courier or shipping provider.
To help us resolve delivery issues efficiently, customers should contact us as soon as a shipment appears to be significantly delayed or missing.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through your customer communication or order documentation.
You can use the tracking number on the relevant courier or shipping company’s official tracking system to monitor your shipment.
If you have received a tracking number but are unable to locate your shipment or the tracking information has not been updated, please contact our team for assistance.
