Terms of Purchase
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products and services from Innotech Instruments. By placing an order, requesting products, or engaging in business with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Our objective is to maintain clear and transparent business practices while providing high-quality surgical instruments to customers, distributors, wholesalers, healthcare organizations, and international business partners.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum Order Quantity requirements may apply depending on the type of product and order.
For standard surgical instruments, our minimum order quantity may start from 1 instrument. However, special, customized, OEM, private-label, or specially manufactured products may be subject to different minimum quantities.
MOQ requirements for special products will be determined on a case-by-case basis according to product specifications, customization requirements, materials, production processes, and order quantity.
Customers are encouraged to contact our sales team for specific MOQ requirements before placing an order.
Product Quality & Manufacturing Guarantee
At Innotech Instruments, we are committed to manufacturing surgical instruments according to our established quality standards.
Our instruments are covered by a 1-year manufacturing warranty against manufacturing-related defects, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
The warranty may cover manufacturing defects such as:
- Rust or corrosion resulting from manufacturing defects
- Pitting caused by manufacturing or material defects
- Manufacturing-related functional defects
- Other defects attributable to the manufacturing process
The warranty does not normally cover damage resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning or sterilization, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside the intended use of the instrument.
Warranty claims may require inspection and supporting information before approval.
Production & Shipping Time
Shipping and production times depend on product availability, order quantity, product specifications, customization requirements, and destination.
Products Available in Stock
Products that are available in stock are generally prepared for dispatch within approximately 4–6 working days after order confirmation and completion of the required payment or documentation.
Products Not in Stock
Products that require manufacturing may generally require approximately 20–30 days, depending on the order size, product specifications, customization requirements, and nature of the instruments.
For regular customers, we may maintain customer-specific inventory where commercially appropriate. This can help reduce production lead times for frequently ordered products.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated during the quotation or order confirmation process.
Delivery Time
International delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, courier or freight provider, and other circumstances beyond our direct control.
For international courier shipments, delivery may typically take approximately 6 working days, although actual delivery times may vary by destination.
We generally aim to complete delivery within approximately 10 days for standard international shipments where circumstances permit.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Customs Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are separate from the product and shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Innotech Instruments is not responsible for international customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable import regulations and requirements in their country.
Any delays resulting from customs inspection, documentation requirements, import restrictions, or customs clearance procedures in the destination country are outside the direct control of Innotech Instruments.
Shipping & Courier Services
We work with established international shipping and courier providers according to the destination, shipment size, delivery requirements, and available shipping options.
The appropriate shipping method may be selected based on the order and destination.
Once an order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be provided to the customer where applicable.
Handling Fee
A handling fee of US$8.00 may be applied to orders with a total order value below US$200, depending on the nature of the order and associated processing costs.
Any applicable handling fee will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Order Confirmation & Payment
An order is considered confirmed once the required product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and other applicable requirements have been mutually agreed upon by Innotech Instruments and the customer.
For customized, OEM, private-label, or specially manufactured products, production may begin only after the required approval and payment arrangements have been completed.
Specific payment terms may vary depending on the customer, order size, product type, and business agreement.
Customized & OEM Orders
Customized, OEM, and private-label products may be subject to additional requirements relating to:
- Minimum order quantities
- Product specifications
- Product development
- Samples and approvals
- Production timelines
- Packaging and branding
- Payment terms
Once production of a customized order has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may result in additional costs.
Customers should carefully review and approve product specifications before production begins.

Innotech Instruments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our business practices, products, services, shipping arrangements, or applicable requirements.
